We deliver to the territory of the Republic of Moldova, with the exception of Transnistria. Delivery in the city of Chisinau and its suburbs is free for orders over 1000 lei. Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Moldova outside the city of Chisinau - 70 lei. The delivery time in Chisinau is 36 hours. In cases where you need urgent delivery within 2-3 hours in the city of Chisinau, write the order number to our consultants online and an additional cash payment of 50 lei will be added to the order amount.

The delivery time in the Republic of Moldova is 2-3 working days. If the order is placed on a weekend, public holiday, or after 4:00 p.m., the order is processed the next business day after it is placed.

Conditions for returning goods of appropriate quality

Within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods, the customer has the right to exchange the goods of the corresponding quality for another similar one, if the goods do not suit the customer in terms of shape, size, style, color or for other reasons cannot be used for the intended purpose , with the corresponding recalculation in case of a price difference.

If the product required for exchange is absent, the customer has the right to return the product and receive its cost back.

Exchange or return of goods is allowed only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used;
  • It has not lost its consumer properties.
  • The set is complete, with all packaging and stickers without defects and upon delivery of the receipt, which confirms the purchase.

Monday-Friday: 09.00-16.00 Saturday and Sunday are holidays.

Conditions for returning goods with a factory defect.

The buyer can request the return of the goods, in case of defect, within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods. The product is subject to diagnosis and according to its results:

  • If a factory defect has been confirmed - the goods are accepted for return or exchange.
  • If the defect of the goods was confirmed to be the fault of the buyer - the goods are not accepted for return/exchange.

Products are accepted for return only in complete configuration, with all packages and stickers, undamaged and with a receipt confirming purchase.

The return of the goods is carried out in the following way.

The buyer returns the goods to the same store where they were purchased with the presentation of the payment receipt or documents confirming the payment of the product.
